The hat is covered with olive green velour (velvet look) fabric. A black faux jewel sits on one side of the hat while a print of 10/6 sits on the other side as shown in the photo. An elastic is attached to help with keeping the hat in place. Note the occasionally there are a few wayward pieces of glue ... these should be able to easily be removed from the fabric.
